Anastasia Manley

Anastasia has been a part of Gracie Barra Novi since 2017. Starting out in our Sr Champions class she moved up to our adult class and into our advanced BJJ program at only 14 years old. Anastasia has a great rapport with our Jr Champions while helping her dad coach. You will often find her barking out the warm-up exercises in the adult class as she is usually the one to get things started. A testament to her progress, at 13 during live sparring she was able to pin a police officer without him being able to escape. She is well on her way to earning a black belt!
